Certified translation involves translating and certifying local documents to be submitted to foreign entities or foreign documents to be submitted to local entities, such as embassies, universities, government agencies, and more. This process is carried out by an accredited, verified linguist. The translation includes a certification that the target text is faithful to the original document. Some of these documents may already include an Apostille, which is a certificate added to the original document for international use.
Certified translations are usually needed for immigration, business, and educational purposes. The documents can be birth certificates, death certificates, divorce decrees, certificates of incorporation, accounts, bank statements, background checks, university diplomas, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and more. The workflow for these translations is very simple: you just send us a scanned copy of the original documents and we will handle the rest. Digital translations are provided, and physical copies are subject to additional cost.
